The lack or the wrong indication of the data put our Company in the impossibility to comply with the contractual obligations and to those related and imposed by the administrative and fiscal regulations.

Your data , subject of the treatment, could be communicated to Eurotrustee CZ S.r.o officers involved in the activities you have demanded , to the holders of approved oranizations and to corresponding agents cooperating with Eurotrustee CZ S.r.o and also to the following categories : Post Office or other Companies entitled to deliver the mail, bankers or credit institutions , legal and notary offices, professional offices distributing to us specific accountancy or fiscal services. They will be furthermore , published into Internet / Intranet some of the data related to the real units subject of teh contract.

Personal and other rights access right
The interested person is entitled to obtain the confirmation of the existency or not of personal data related to himself even if not yet registered, and yheir communication in an intelligible format. He furthermore is entitled to obtain the indication of the origin of the personal data , the final purpose and treatment modalities , of the logicality applied in case of treatment carried on by aid of electronic devices , of the holder identification tags, of the responsible and representative designated in respect of the art.5, comma 2 and of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or to be of their knowledge in quality of designated representative in the Country’s territory, of responsibles or in charge.
The entitled person has the right to obtain the updating, the rectification or, when of interest, the data integration , cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous way or the blockage of the data treated in violation of the Law, including those for which is not necessary the conservation in relation with the purposes for which tha data have been collected or treated later on.
The entitled person has the right to oppose, in all or partly due to legitimate purposes to teh treatment of teh personal data even if in relation to the collection’s purpose and the treatment of personal data related to him in order to despatch advertising or direct selling material or for the completion of marketing researches or commercial communications.
I take note of all above and release the consent to collect, hold , treat, communicate and if of the case to diffuse a/o cease the treatment of personal data related to me , for the purposes specified in the information sheet.
